Definition

 

Volar-radial deviation of P3 of little finger

- AD trait

- always bilateral

- presents at age 10

- cosmetic problem only

 

DDx

 

Frost bite injury to phalanx can mimic it

 

Surgery 

 

Indication

 

For cosmesis only

 

Technique

 

2 volar osteotomies / straighten / K wire
